Examples - Billing Logs

The following represent 4 examples of Billing Logs we have prepared for some of our clients over the past few years.

Each of these formats represents a request from a client facility. In each case, it took about an hour to prepare the report and get the clients approval for the format. Each of these report formats can be printed or saved as another file format (e.g.: Excel Spreadsheet, HTML, comma delimited file, etc).
